Refrigerant Systems Lead

Serve as the senior technical authority defining and advancing next-generation integrated refrigerant and two-phase thermodynamic systems across Trane Technologies. Lead future-state system architectures for applications such as HVAC and process heating/cooling, de-risk emerging concepts through analysis and feasibility work, and influence enterprise roadmaps and platform strategies. Partner across corporate innovation and sustainability teams, produce technical evaluations and thought leadership, and help protect IP through patents.
