Key Responsibilities

  • •Grow TVL, revenue, and active users across staking, LST, and on-chain yields through ecosystem partnerships and user-tier operations.
  • •Run product operations by monitoring user feedback and protocol performance, and recommending iteration based on market signals.
  • •Coordinate with Research and Product Owners to evaluate optimization directions and improve staking product outcomes.
  • •Design and execute campaigns with the Earn team and internal partners to convert resources into on-platform user growth.
  • •Build and manage long-term partnerships with DeFi/L1-L2/LST/RWA partners and institutional clients, including landing incentive campaigns and integrations.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of product operations and growth experience in CEX/DeFi/yield products.
  • •Solid understanding of DeFi and CEX products, including evaluating yield sources and related risks.
  • •Demonstrated product owner mindset for assessing product value, positioning, and roadmap decisions.
  • •Proven ability to drive partnerships from 0 → 1: identify opportunities, design proposals, negotiate, and launch live integrations.
