Senior HVAC Technician

Serve as the primary service and maintenance contact for Trane Technologies customers in a defined commercial market. Commission, troubleshoot, repair, and start up HVAC systems on customer sites, coordinating with team leaders, project managers, and customers for installations and retrofits. Use air conditioning theory, pipe fitting knowledge, mechanical layouts, and blueprints to diagnose and repair equipment while enforcing safety standards and maintaining accountability of company assets. Mentor team members and support on-site work as needed.
