Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, airport authorities, regulators, and government stakeholders to support uninterrupted operations.
  • •Act as a local representative in meetings with key organizations (e.g., Petroecuador, ARCH, and government agencies).
  • •Support operational continuity and oversight for airport fuel operations, distribution activities, and supply chain management.
  • •Drive business development, including strategies to increase off-airport fuel sales and pursue new aviation fuel opportunities.
  • •Analyze and support new projects and expansion initiatives, including regulatory reporting, compliance activities, and special aviation/fuel distribution projects.

Key Requirements

  • •Significant experience in aviation fuel operations, fuel distribution, airport operations, energy, logistics, or a related field.
  • •Strong knowledge of the Ecuadorian aviation and fuel market.
  • •Established relationships with industry stakeholders, regulatory agencies, airport authorities, suppliers, and customers.
  • •Experience managing operational activities in a regulated environment and ensuring safe, compliant delivery.
  • •Demonstrated success in business development, sales growth, account management, or commercial leadership with strong communication and negotiation skills.
