Key Responsibilities

•Lead and execute structural engineering work for project design and construction of load-bearing structures, including bridges, walls, buildings and roadways, ensuring conformance with regulations and permits.
•Prepare data visualizations, reports, calculations, and 2D/3D illustrations to communicate findings and recommendations to clients and project teams.
•Develop construction plans, specifications, and cost estimates; coordinate with owners, disciplines, sub-consultants, and clients while ensuring QA/QC.
•Mentor and train entry-level engineers and interns, guiding project work and enforcing safety and quality standards.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams of engineers, architects, and planners to execute multiple projects and ensure timely delivery and compliance.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree in Structural or Civil Engineering (or closely related) and 5-7 years of post-education structural engineering experience.
•Registered Professional Engineer in New York State or able to obtain via reciprocity.
