Technical Enablement Strategist II

Lead the development of global technical education solutions for Global Services, partners, and customers. Create engaging hands-on programs—self-paced courses, instructor-led training, and interactive eLearning—to build technical expertise and consulting skills, driving product adoption and customer understanding. Own enablement strategy and offerings across GS sub-organizations, collaborate on global education standards, and use AI tools to accelerate content development while preserving accuracy and brand standards.
