•Work independently with limited supervision to complete small and large projects and serve as a discipline representative in client meetings.
•Design and develop calculations, construction drawings, design reports, and specifications for mechanical, fire protection, and plumbing systems.
•Perform quality control reviews of design calculations or drawings and prepare technical specification sections.
•Conduct analysis and layout for plumbing and/or HVAC systems, including hydronic piping, medical gas, and air distribution.
•Provide technical support, mentoring, and input for engineering budget and schedule; participate in interdisciplinary reviews of deliverables.

Salary: USD 120,000 - 150,000 annually

•Thorough working knowledge of engineering software including Revit, CAD, load calculation software, and Excel.
•Construction phase experience such as submittal reviews, on-site inspections, RFIs, and change orders.
