•8+ years of professional software engineering experience; proven track record delivering mission-critical systems at massive scale
•Proficiency in one or more backend languages such as Go, Java, or Python
•Extensive experience architecting complex distributed systems and advanced design patterns
•Deep expertise with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and modern CI/CD practices (GitHub Actions, ArgoCD)
•Strong leadership, mentorship, and cross-functional collaboration skills
