Key Responsibilities

•Get close to the ecommerce ecosystem and learn how merchants think, what they need, and where Loop can help their business.
•Build and grow relationships with prospects, merchants, partners, and cross-functional teams to drive GTM initiatives.
•Be the voice of the market and the merchant by sharing insights with Product, Marketing, Leadership, and the GTM team to keep Loop sharp.
•Own outcomes such as revenue quota, pipeline targets, retention goals, or campaign metrics and strive to hit and exceed them.
•Collaborate across the GTM organization and beyond, pulling in the right people at the right time to close deals, grow accounts, launch initiatives, and drive results.

Key Requirements

•Experience in one or more GTM functions in a B2B SaaS environment: Sales (Account Executive & Account Manager), Customer (Merchant) Success, or Partnerships.
•Worked at a startup (or a few) and know what it means to own your outcomes in an ambiguous environment.
•Experience in ecommerce, the Shopify ecosystem, or the post-purchase space is a major differentiator.
•Strong communicator who is engaging and can adapt your style to various audiences.
•Built relationships internally and externally that endure and drive outcomes.
