Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive and exceed sales goals by leading ALO’s Flow initiatives and optimizing productivity and efficiency.
  • •Ensure engagement with customers and provide a friendly, easy-to-shop environment while building daily client relationships.
  • •Analyze store reports in partnership with leadership to strategize, deliver results, and support action plans for deficient areas.
  • •Maintain effective sales floor coverage by developing workforce solutions and leading selling initiatives throughout the store.
  • •Assist with shipment processing and product flow, including visual merchandising placement, daily replenishment, and executing front/back-of-house procedures per policy.
