Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead customer AI transformation strategy conversations for a limited group of highest-priority customers, building C-suite/SVP+ relationships and executing co-sell with customers and strategic partners.
  • •Co-create AI Transformation Roadmaps and partner with the FDE team and SIs to translate roadmaps from concept to deployment and value realization.
  • •Design broader C-suite engagement models and create programs/materials based on customer successes for wider enablement and repeatable execution.
  • •Develop co-sell motions with strategic SIs and MBB/B4 consulting partners and build scaled operating models with the FDE team and SIs to execute transformations.
  • •Identify, recruit, and lead an Expert Advisory Council of external C-suite AI transformation leaders, providing strategic guidance and operational insights; also lead C-suite workshops to engage customer leadership.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 15 years of experience in digital/AI transformation in enterprises, including creating, architecting, leading, and scaling large-scale transformation mandates.
  • •At least 5 years working directly with enterprise C-suite to lead and execute transformations, building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • •Deep, practical experience in AI transformation opportunities, challenges, and solutions in at least one industry (e.g., Healthcare/Life Sciences, Financial Institutions, Public Sector, Manufacturing, Retail, Consumer Goods, Technology, Media, Telecom).
  • •Experience developing and implementing operating models to support enterprise transformations.
  • •Sufficient technical expertise to credibly inform transformation objectives and timelines, and establish credibility with technical leaders and teams.
