Key Responsibilities

  • •Contribute to the implementation of HCT’s system-wide strategy and assist with faculty/division policy development.
  • •Teach courses aligned with course syllabus and program goals, using educational technology and second-language learning strategies.
  • •Provide continuous feedback, monitor student progress, evaluate students, and update grades; contribute to question banks/coursework assessments.
  • •Serve as a student advisor as assigned, maintain office hours, and support students during internships and work placements.
  • •Conduct applied research, participate in conferences, and serve on faculty/program/campus/system-wide committees and student activities.

Key Requirements

  • •A Ph.D. in a relevant discipline is required where applicable.
  • •Or a Master’s degree and a professional certification relevant to the discipline with 5 years of teaching and industry experience.
  • •Or a Bachelor’s degree may be considered for candidates with extensive industry experience and industry certification as per discipline requirement.
  • •A minimum of 3 years teaching experience in the relevant discipline.
  • •Experience developing course curriculum aligned with accreditation and international standards.
