Key Responsibilities

•Design and own technical and functional architecture artifacts for HealthShare customers, informing SOW input and technical delivery planning.
•Leverage InterSystems products (IRIS, Health Connect, HealthShare) to shape solution design and product fit.
•Advise Sales during pre-sales and partner with Project Managers during implementation on technical effort, timeline, and delivery planning.
•Coordinate implementation work with partners, including documentation, code review, and source control alignment with the documented technical solution.
•Provide technical support across implementation deliverables (custom software, interfaces, reports, extracts, and data manipulation) and develop customer training plans.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 136,000 - 168,000 annually

Key Requirements

•At least 10 years of experience with enterprise software development, design, and delivery.
•Experience designing and delivering solutions with functional and technical ownership.
•Good knowledge of deploying an integration platform such as HealthShare, InterSystems IRIS Interoperability, Health Connect, or IRIS for Health.
•Strong knowledge of healthcare data interchange standards including HL7, CCD, FHIR, and X12, with exposure to emerging standards.
•Experience with InterSystems HealthShare and knowledge of healthcare industry stakeholders such as payers, providers, HIEs, and IDNs.
