Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide strategic and operational support across Crusoe’s variable compensation programs on the Total Rewards team.
  • •Design and implement incentive programs (traditional and non-traditional), including ongoing improvement.
  • •Lead end-to-end administration and governance: documentation, modeling, achievement calculations, validation, and payout execution.
  • •Ensure plan accuracy, compliance, and operational integrity, including ensuring employees have signed plan documents.
  • •Analyze effectiveness, cost, and performance outcomes; build compensation dashboards with HRIS and People Analytics and partner with Finance/RevOps for forecasting and budgeting.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of compensation experience, with mix of startup and large tech experience (startup fast-pace preferred).
