Key Responsibilities

  • •Review schedules and prepare supplies and PPE before patient visits
  • •Travel to patients’ homes within the assigned service area
  • •Perform scheduled services including blood draws, vitals, height/weight measurements, urine collection, and Annual Wellness Visits support
  • •Use Sprinter technology to document each visit accurately
  • •Properly label, handle, and transport specimens for lab drop-off or shipment

Key Requirements

  • •Strong phlebotomy skills, including experience with challenging sticks
  • •Patient-facing healthcare experience as a Phlebotomist, Medical Assistant (MA), LPN, or LVN in home preferred
  • •Current BLS certification
  • •Valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and a personal reliable vehicle
  • •Availability Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m., including ability to drive before 7:00 a.m.
