Job Summary

Manage, maintain, and secure enterprise PeopleSoft FSCM Production and Non-Production environments, ensuring high availability, peak performance, and data integrity. Bridge infrastructure, middleware, and database layers to support deployments and ongoing operations, including WebLogic/Tuxedo administration, automated environment cloning, and end-to-end security. Administer Oracle databases and backups using RMAN, Data Guard, and Oracle RAC, and support hybrid on-prem and cloud (OCI/AWS) connectivity.

Key Responsibilities

•Architect, install, configure, tune, and monitor WebLogic Web Servers, Tuxedo Application Servers, Open Search, and batch/process scheduler servers.
•Establish and maintain automated PeopleSoft environment cloning (including database cloning) and manage related scripts.
•Administer and bridge on-prem Linux systems with cloud infrastructure (OCI/AWS) to support application stack operations.
•Design, test, and implement backup, recovery, and disaster recovery using RMAN, Data Guard, and Oracle RAC.
•Support PeopleSoft operations including installations/upgrades (DPK, PUM images), patch monitoring, performance tuning, and structural/security updates; participate in 24/7 on-call rotations.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of dedicated PeopleSoft Administration and Database Administration experience.
•Deep hands-on experience with Phire ALM for migrations, tracking, and compliance.
•Experience with PeopleTools 8.61/8.62+ (Fluid UI, Integration Broker, PUM).
•5+ years administering Oracle AI Database (26ai/23ai/19c) including Oracle RAC, RMAN, and Critical Patch Updates.
•Hands-on administration of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) or AWS cloud services linked to on-prem data centers.
