Key Requirements

  • •M.S. in Electrical Engineering (or related) with 4+ years of industry experience, or PhD with 2+ years of relevant experience.
  • •Hands-on high-speed circuit block design (amplifiers, drivers, equalizers, PLLs, phase interpolators, CDR) for data rates of 32 Gbps and above.
  • •Experience designing inductors, transmission lines, transimpedance amplifiers (TIAs), and optical modulator drivers.
  • •Strong high-speed serial link design and analog CMOS/BiCMOS circuit design using deep-submicron processes.
  • •Experience with full-chip integration, ESD design considerations, and verification methodologies.
