Key Responsibilities

  • •Administer HR services with precise, timely execution and maintain high-quality standards across HR transactions.
  • •Execute employee lifecycle transactions including onboarding, offboarding, leave approvals, ticketing, medical insurance, reimbursements, and personal data updates.
  • •Prepare and maintain employee files and ensure all employee-related documents are properly filed throughout their lifecycle.
  • •Stay current with policy changes and ensure compliance with relevant HSE and QM policies, procedures, and controls.
  • •Support HSE initiatives, participate in safety awareness activities, and contribute to incident reporting and resolution aligned with company and IMS policies.

Key Requirements

  • •Promote fair and transparent people practices and support a productive, harmonious work environment.
  • •Proficient knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and best practices for employee relations.
  • •Strong communication and interpersonal skills to mediate conflicts, conduct investigations, and guide employees and managers.
  • •Experience in conflict resolution, negotiation, and mediation for employee grievances and disputes.
  • •ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills for HR processes.
