Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide legal support to operations across grain origination, purchase, storage, logistics, and commercialization, ensuring legal compliance and risk mitigation.
  • •Advise business areas in the grain commercialization chain and support origination, trading, storage, and transportation activities.
  • •Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts (purchase and sale, storage, logistics/transport, services, and supplier/partner contracts) aligned with policies and current legislation.
