The North Face: Store Manager - Gallatin Crossing

Lead daily store operations as the strategic Store Manager, driving business performance, exceptional customer experience, and a high-performing inclusive team culture. Partner with leaders to achieve and exceed sales goals using KPIs, coach and develop associates through customer service and product knowledge, and resolve escalated customer concerns. Oversee scheduling, expense control, loss prevention, audits, reporting, visual merchandising standards, inventory shipping/receiving, and support store marketing and community engagement.
