  • •Partner with technical experts (AI, RPA, advanced data analytics) and engage senior client stakeholders to build trusted relationships and identify new consulting needs.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 6 years of post-studies professional experience in business consultancy on projects involving business transformation and change management.
  • •Experience in a consulting environment with demonstrated advisory content ownership and successful client delivery (project-management experience alone is not sufficient).
  • •Ability to independently structure and lead a consulting engagement from problem definition and methodology through delivery and stakeholder management.
  • •Local market experience in sectors such as financial services, insurance, industry, telecommunications, energy, or life sciences.
  • •Fluency in English and Dutch; French is a plus.
