Job Summary

Drive consulting engagements that address complex business challenges such as digital transformation, operational improvement, and organizational change. Own consulting content end-to-end—problem structuring, hypothesis development, analysis, and evidence-based recommendations—while independently managing work plans, budgets, risks, and deliverables. Lead and develop a team of business consultants, collaborate with technical experts (AI, RPA, advanced data analytics), and build trusted client relationships while contributing to business development and proposals.

Key Responsibilities

•Define and translate approaches for complex business challenges (digital transformation, operational improvement, organizational change, time-to-market acceleration) into a clear methodology with measurable impact.
•Own consulting content by structuring problems, developing hypotheses, guiding analysis, and ensuring practical, evidence-based recommendations tailored to clients.
•Independently manage consulting engagements, including work plans, activities, budget, risks, and deliverables with quality and timely execution.
•Lead and develop a team of business consultants by promoting knowledge sharing, constructive challenge, and strong motivation.
•Partner with technical experts (AI, RPA, advanced data analytics) and engage senior client stakeholders to build trusted relationships and identify new consulting needs.

Key Requirements

•At least 6 years of post-studies professional experience in business consultancy on projects involving business transformation and change management.
•Experience in a consulting environment with demonstrated advisory content ownership and successful client delivery (project-management experience alone is not sufficient).
•Ability to independently structure and lead a consulting engagement from problem definition and methodology through delivery and stakeholder management.
•Local market experience in sectors such as financial services, insurance, industry, telecommunications, energy, or life sciences.
•Fluency in English and Dutch; French is a plus.
