  • •Champion the vision and strategy for 2K Technology’s cloud infrastructure, physical infrastructure, and developer tools; develop and execute strategies with stakeholders and peer leaders.
  • •Lead through influence to align stakeholders, partners, and teams to the vision; advocate proactively on behalf of customers and the central technology organization.
  • •Build partnerships across the Infrastructure organization, including SRE and Technical Operations, to extend capabilities and improve operational discipline.
  • •Collaborate with engineering and program management to plan effectively, validate assumptions, and deliver high-quality outcomes for customers.
  • •Own requirements capture and validation, roadmapping, competitive analyses, customer interviews, strategic planning, and KPI development and reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •7–10+ years in product or project management, developing and delivering technical software products.
  • •Experience as an infrastructure product, project, or engineering leader focused on scalable, fault-tolerant, observable systems for a global organization.
  • •Strong oral and written communication skills, including presenting to senior management and stakeholders to drive decisions and buy-in.
  • •Bachelor’s degree required (related field ideal); MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • •Background and passion for building technical products, working effectively under pressure, and championing gaming.
