Key Responsibilities

  • •Inspect construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards.
  • •Supervise and instruct the construction team as well as subcontractors.
  • •Enforce site safety rules, educate workers on safety regulations and accident protocol, and handle site accidents per established procedure.
  • •Analyze blueprints to ensure projects meet design, safety, and budget specifications.
  • •Support HSE initiatives, participate in safety awareness activities, and contribute to incident reporting and resolution in alignment with company and IMS policies.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of working experience with 3 years of relevant experience in civil construction and site supervision.
  • •Comprehensive knowledge of construction principles, structural engineering, building codes, and construction materials.
  • •Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and blueprints, and apply them to site execution.
  • •Experience with project management practices including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • •ERP knowledge, preferably SAP functional skills, is required.
