Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish and improve process conditions and technology, including upgrading process capability to reduce production cost.
  • •Establish and modify process management projects, setting process parameters for a variety of semiconductor equipment.
  • •Evaluate, promote, and plan new equipment and materials.
  • •Perform abnormal analysis and drive continuous improvement for equipment-related failures.
  • •Lead cross-functional integration to implement automation, develop proactive failure detection (AI), and mentor engineers while building a knowledge-sharing platform for equipment failure analysis.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of proven experience in the Memory industry with an MS degree, or 15+ years with a BS degree or equivalent experience.
  • •Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve equipment-level issues (e.g., Pin Card Fail) and use analytical methods to reduce analysis time and downtime.
  • •Experience establishing and improving process conditions, upgrading process capability, and reducing production cost.
  • •Ability to set and manage process parameters for a variety of semiconductor equipment and lead evaluation/promotion/planning of new equipment or materials.
  • •Strong cross-functional collaboration and potential for technical leadership, including mentoring less experienced engineers.
