Lead day-to-day shift operations at a DashMart local fulfillment center in South Austin, supporting Site Management, delegating tasks, and ensuring warehouse and light-prep kitchen processes run safely and smoothly. Take ownership of shift execution across safety/cleanliness, quality, inventory, equipment, and customer fulfillment accuracy. Guide Operations Associates, serve as the escalation point, improve quality and customer experience, and help ensure seamless Dasher pickups.
