Key Responsibilities

  • •Process trade operations in line with SOP/OPM and UCP/ISBP/ISP, and handle charges recovery per guidelines.
  • •Perform sanction checking of relevant parties in documents.
  • •Authorize/input transactions into the system and prepare/authorize relevant SWIFT messages.
  • •Ensure no revenue leakage from missed charges collection and no outstanding reconciliation entries in Nostro or internal accounts.
  • •Serve as an authorizer/maker for import LG issuance/amendments/cancellation and recommend actions for changes in laws, ICC rules, government regulations, and bank policies affecting import scenarios.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree.
  • •At least 9-12 years of relevant working experience in Trade Operations.
  • •Expert-level understanding of Trade Operations.
  • •Expert-level knowledge of accounting entries and UATs.
  • •Proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel) with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
