Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate client onboarding, including preparing paperwork, opening accounts, transitioning new assets to Baird, and establishing an ongoing communication/client service plan.
  • •Initiate and complete transactions needed to fully service client accounts, including correspondence, fulfillment of client requests, and special projects as needed.
  • •Answer incoming phone calls, manage client needs where possible, and advise the Financial Advisor on actions taken.
  • •Assemble and generate materials, including paperwork and reports, for client meetings.
  • •Maintain the CRM system and leverage the platform to manage the client relationship through mailings, reporting, email tracking, and implementing defined client service models.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of prior industry and/or administrative work experience.
  • •High school diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • •Ability to study for and obtain the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) Exam, Series 7, and Series 66 (or be willing to obtain within 18 months of hire).
  • •Excellent client/customer service skills with strong verbal and written communication (email, phone, in person).
  • •Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, including understanding compliance regulations and maintaining client confidentiality.
