Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive and execute inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink, including investigating root causes with the General Manager
  • •Manage execution of store operational functions including shipment, receiving/processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, intra-day replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management
  • •Champion sales floor visual standards and maintain safe, efficient operations through strong stockroom standards and processes
  • •Partner to manage reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control, supplies, vendor relationships, technology, and facilities
  • •Directly oversee Operations Associates, including recruitment, development, performance evaluation using company tools, and providing constant feedback
