Job Summary

Senior Manufacturing Engineer responsible for bridging engineering designs to production in a fast-paced environment. You will translate complex engineering documentation into manufacturing processes, drive FPY/OPE improvements, manage ERP data, coordinate cross-functionally with Purchasing, Production, Inventory and Project Management, and lead supplier collaboration to optimize data and tooling strategies.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead documentation interpretation and translation of mechanical and electrical design documentation, including fabrication drawings, schematics, and BOMs.
•Drive production data migration by translating design documentation into production-specific information for manufacturing systems.
•Act as the primary point of contact for planning deliverables and maintain communication with purchasing, production, inventory, and project management teams.
•Own the creation and maintenance of Manufacturing Processes and Work Instructions aligned with Engineering Document Control Administration and company standards.
•Spearhead continuous improvement initiatives to improve First Pass Yield (FPY) and Overall Process Effectiveness (OPE).

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 140,000 - 160,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
•3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role with demonstrated leadership responsibilities
•Proven manufacturing process design experience and DFMA initiatives
•Experience reading and interpreting fabrication drawings, electrical schematics, and Engineering Bills of Materials
•Experience with ERP software and SolidWorks; proficient with Google Suite and Microsoft Office
