Support fraud prevention activities by monitoring transactions and alerts, triaging suspicious cases (onboarding, login, transactions, and chargebacks), and collecting evidence for audit-ready investigations. Help manage chargebacks by tracking identification, disputes, and deadlines. Build and update dashboards with fraud and approval KPIs, perform exploratory analyses to find patterns and new behaviors, and support rule/model testing and refinements while coordinating with internal teams and external providers.
