Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead budgeting, rolling forecasts, and variance analysis across sales pipeline, revenue, costs, expenses, and key commercial metrics.
  • •Partner with Accounting to support month-end close activities and ensure financial data is accurate and complete.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, Legal, Accounting, Tax) to improve business performance and financial outcomes.
  • •Ensure financial processes comply with PRC GAAP, US GAAP, and Unity financial policies and standards.
  • •Support audits and deliver ad-hoc analysis and process automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and decision-making.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or a related field with at least 6 years of relevant finance experience.
  • •Strong financial planning and analysis experience including budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and business partnering.
  • •Experience across both Big Four accounting and commercial finance/FP&A is highly preferred.
  • •Strong knowledge of PRC GAAP and US GAAP; CPA certification or an equivalent qualification is preferred.
  • •Advanced Excel skills and fluent English and Mandarin for professional working communication.
