Plan, coordinate, and optimize social content across platforms to support brand priorities, product launches, and cultural moments. Own weekly and monthly social content calendars, collaborate with Creative, Production, and PR, and partner with Analytics to review performance and uncover insights. Drive video-first optimization for titles, thumbnails, tags, descriptions, and hooks, and run A/B testing to continuously refine formats and publishing strategies.

•Lead optimization of video formats including titles, thumbnails, tags, descriptions, lengths, and hooks for platform algorithms.
