Manage an assigned portfolio of cancelled accounts by pursuing collections, responding to inquiries, and coordinating with sales and marketing teams. Review account handling after initial carrier collections, compute interest adjustments, prepare refunds, and help identify and resolve issues to minimize delinquencies and loan loss.
