Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain visibility of threat/opportunity trigger points to support risk cost profiling, budget drawdowns/retirement, and remaining risk budget assessment.
  • •Conduct quantitative risk assessments (cost and schedule) and establish QCRA/QSRA processes to inform project contingencies.
  • •Produce timely risk reports and run regular risk reviews to identify, analyze, and plan responses while ensuring risk profiles are monitored and communicated.
  • •Lead construction stage contract and claims management, including assessment of contractual claims, change management, and cost control.
  • •Initiate improvements to risk management services and integrate the risk function into program/project controls with touch points to cost/schedule, change control, and reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a related field to construction.
  • •Minimum 3 years of applicable experience in construction project procurement and contract management.
  • •Experience in a Program Management or Program Controls environment.
  • •Deep knowledge and experience with risk identification, facilitation, and quantitative risk assessment techniques.
  • •Strong communication, analytical, and negotiation skills, including process mapping and value-stream mapping experience.
