Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and own test planning, execution, and analysis capabilities within the platform, deployed in live customer programs that drive qualification and release decisions.
  • •Work with customers to understand and overcome test and validation challenges such as schedule risk, test coverage, resource allocation, and requirements traceability.
  • •Build domain knowledge infrastructure to make agentic analysis credible for technically demanding validation programs.
  • •Bring frontier test and validation workflows into the platform (e.g., optimal test plan design, accelerated qualification, data-driven coverage analysis) with measurable customer impact.
  • •Write code and deploy analysis and planning capabilities while owning the engineering validity of production systems.

Key Requirements

  • •Deep test and validation experience in complex hardware T&V programs such as cell/pack qualification, environmental and reliability testing, or equivalent programs in aerospace, medical devices, or defense.
  • •Fluency in test engineering, including design of experiments, reliability engineering, statistical inference on test data, and requirements-driven test planning.
  • •Applied data experience using data science, data engineering, and/or machine learning techniques in industrial applications, with fluency in Python.
  • •Thoughtful, practical understanding of where AI can accelerate hardware test programs, including concrete examples of AI or data-driven methods in past work.
  • •An advanced STEM degree (e.g., MS or PhD in engineering or the physical sciences).
