Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the voice AI product end to end, from initial customer conversations through launch, adoption, and iteration.
  • •Continuously gather customer input via calls, transcripts, tickets, and feature requests, then decide what to build.
  • •Translate what sales and customer success teams hear into a roadmap with clear priorities and tradeoffs.
  • •Work closely with engineering and design through the full build process.
  • •Define and validate success before and after shipping, then partner with sales, marketing, and customer success on positioning and enablement.

Key Requirements

  • •At least three years in product management, taking a vague idea to a product people love.
