Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate live haul trucks safely and efficiently and conduct deliveries per schedule.
  • •Perform equipment inspections and report issues to the Supervisor.
  • •Operate trucks to maintain product quality and integrity.
  • •Communicate effectively (verbal and written) with associates, maintenance staff, growers, and supervisors.
  • •Maintain equipment and keep trucks and work areas clean, and follow housekeeping schedules using required PPE.

Key Requirements

  • •12 months of verifiable tractor/trailer experience within the previous 36 months.
  • •Not eligible if the driver has a positive test for drugs or alcohol in the previous 5 years.
  • •Ability to drive safely and follow driving and traffic rules, with good hand-eye coordination.
  • •Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more.
  • •Must have the ability to operate a manual CMV.
