Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the end-to-end technical design of an agentic reporting platform, including how data flows from business units through region to group.
  • •Design the solution architecture across the full stack: data connectors, MCP tool-use, LLM orchestration, deterministic compute, and domain expertise integration.
  • •Define agentic platform behavior and non-functional requirements such as latency, token-cost governance, model fallback, reproducibility, and observability.
  • •Establish AI evaluation and tracing (e.g., Langfuse/OpenTelemetry) and monitor cost/latency/hallucination risks for agent outputs.
  • •Serve as the bridge between actuarial/finance experts and delivery/vendor teams, ensuring governance, responsible-AI guardrails, and expansion beyond non-life actuarial into group finance reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •10–15 years of experience in solution architecture, with strong exposure to data-intensive or reporting systems in financial services.
  • •Hands-on experience designing solutions for actuarial or finance reporting processes in an insurance/financial services group context.
  • •Ability to architect enterprise AI/LLM applications beyond prototypes, including agentic patterns such as tool-use, MCP, and agent orchestration.
  • •Strong grounding in AI evaluation and observability (eval sets, tracing, hallucination and cost controls) plus AI security/responsible-AI guardrails.
  • •Cloud data platform experience (Azure/Databricks preferred) and an Anthropic Claude certification.
