Key Responsibilities

•Manage a portfolio of existing clients over the phone, maintaining durable relationships and identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell Edenred products.
•Analyze client portfolios to identify opportunities to grow Edenred’s market share through upselling and cross-selling with 9 out of 10 clients.
•Advise clients based on understanding their needs and expectations to improve retention and satisfaction.
•Achieve quantified and qualitative KPI targets and manage activities and opportunities through the CRM.
•Ensure clear and smooth communication between clients and internal departments and report to the Team Leader.
