Key Responsibilities

•Deliver all aspects of cost management from project inception through to completion, including feasibility, cost planning, contract procurement, tender documentation, value engineering, risk management, and final accounts.
•Maintain high standards of professional competence in dealings with clients and contacts to reinforce the firm’s profile.
•Drive performance standards and technical excellence through effective communication and use of practice networks.
•Maintain and develop strong client relationships to uphold and grow the firm’s portfolio in the construction industry.

Key Requirements

•Experience in Cost Management/Quantity Surveying for infrastructure projects
•Strong knowledge of NEC4 contracts, particularly PSC and ECC
•Experience of cost/commercial management within integrated, multi-organisation teams
•Experience working within a client organisation or through secondment/colocation is a plus
•Degree in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent); MRICS accreditation or working towards MRICS
