Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute a regional ethics and compliance strategy aligned to global standards, including governance, escalation protocols, and KPI reporting.
  • •Lead compliance risk management for a manufacturing environment, including ABAC, trade controls/sanctions/export compliance, and procurement integrity/conflicts of interest.
  • •Own third-party and supply-chain compliance oversight, including risk-tiering, due diligence, contracting standards, training, ongoing monitoring, and high-risk third-party governance.
  • •Oversee investigations and case management, ensuring confidentiality, root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and sustained remediation with HR and Legal.
  • •Build a speak-up culture, deploy risk- and role-based training, lead the regional compliance team, and provide executive reporting on program maturity and metrics.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Finance, Engineering, International Relations, or a related field.
  • •Extensive experience leading ethics and compliance programs in a multinational environment with meaningful coverage of Asia markets.
  • •Demonstrated expertise in ABAC, trade controls/export compliance, and third-party/supplier compliance.
  • •Proven people leadership experience leading managers and/or professional teams.
  • •Strong investigation and remediation leadership with sound judgment and discretion.
