Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as a team lead to manage preparation of the monthly rent roll in accordance with lease provisions.
  • •Compare and evaluate operating expense and tax reconciliation statements for the lease portfolio.
  • •Oversee the preparation of CAM reconciliations for accuracy and adherence to Compass standards.
  • •Communicate with landlords regarding lease payments and charges and ensure accurate credits and charges.
  • •Manage the team to abstract leases timely and accurately per KPIs, and coach others on lease administration functions.
