Coordinate daily inbound/outbound operations at a Japanese CFC, collaborating with local team, clients, and global CFC colleagues to improve efficiency. Create and update operation procedures, plan maintenance, gather and analyze data, escalate non-routine issues to UK experts, and lead initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and 5S on the floor.

Key Responsibilities

•Analyze daily previous day performance and create maintenance plans.
•Draft and revise operation procedures; develop training plans as needed.
•Escalate issues that cannot be resolved within CFC to the UK and collaborate with overseas colleagues and suppliers to resolve them.
•Collect and analyze data to improve equipment reliability; coordinate with shift teams and other departments.
•Manage tools and consumables; plan purchasing as needed and carry out daily 5S activities on site.

Key Requirements

•Native-level Japanese written and spoken skills for writing procedures in Japanese and client communications; business-level English for international collaboration.
•Experience analyzing daily performance data and using it to create maintenance plans and improve operational reliability.
•Ability to draft, revise, and, where appropriate, train others on operation procedures and documentation.
•Strong data collection and analysis capabilities; ability to coordinate with shift teams and other departments to improve equipment reliability.
•Comfort collaborating with international colleagues (UK and other countries) to escalate and resolve issues.
