Job Summary

Staff Software Engineer to design and build GoGuardian Admin’s Safety product interfaces, lead application architecture decisions, and drive AI-enabled development across AWS-based microservices. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor engineers, and help deliver scalable, secure filtering policies and reporting for ChromeOS, Windows, and macOS, while advancing AI adoption and reliability goals.

Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with a cross-functional team toward feature delivery, working independently or with others of varying skill levels
•Write production-grade code for well-scoped features with code reviews and documentation
•Lead the application architecture decision making process and drive automation/AI adoption across engineering teams
•Partner with Product Management to create new features and products and ensure reliability to meet SLAs
•Mentor other developers to raise team performance and shape AI engineering culture

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 190,000 - 205,000 annually

Key Requirements

•8+ years of experience building SaaS applications or customer-facing products
•Proficiency in Go, JavaScript, React, and MySQL

•Experience with monitoring, performance optimization, technical documentation, and unit/integration testing
