Key Responsibilities

•Lead the build-out of the International ETF create/redeem business; execute primary market transactions across non-U.S. equity markets; partner with senior trading leadership to scale the platform globally.
•Interface with institutional clients, APs, asset managers, and ETF issuers; provide consultative support on liquidity, basket construction, and cross-border execution strategies; collaborate with ETF Sales and Trading to drive revenue.
•Act as a subject matter expert across the ETF create/redeem lifecycle (basket composition, settlement cycles, custodians/administrators coordination); troubleshoot and streamline end-to-end processes.
•Apply understanding of global market structure and cross-border trading; navigate regulatory differences and FX implications on ETF flows.
•Collaborate with technology/quant teams to enhance automation, tooling, and scalability of platform and related systems.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 235,000 annually
