Job Summary

Provide hands-on technical service and troubleshooting for installed ultrasonic testing (UT) systems across North America. Support customers with installation, commissioning, calibration, inspection, preventive maintenance, repairs, and operator training. Perform equipment health assessments and certifications, maintain accurate service documentation, and ensure safe, high-quality work. Partner with Service, Engineering, Project Management, and Sales teams while acting as the primary technical contact to maximize uptime and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver world-class service and technical support for customers’ installed UT systems and equipment across North America.
•Perform installation, commissioning, calibration, inspection, preventive maintenance, and repair activities on UT testing systems.
•Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, automation, and ultrasonic testing equipment issues to improve uptime and system performance.
•Conduct annual certifications, equipment health assessments, and service interventions per company and customer requirements.
•Provide operator training and serve as the primary technical contact during field assignments, completing accurate service and certification documentation.

Travel: Extensive travel
