Job Summary

Lead and manage all on-site activities for a Seawater Reverse Osmosis (SWRO) desalination project in the UAE, overseeing construction, installation, and commissioning. Serve as the key interface between the project team, contractors, and client representatives while ensuring safety, schedule, cost, and quality are met. Requires 15–20 years in large projects and strong leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead day-to-day on-site operations for the SWRO desalination project.
•Coordinate civil, mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation works on site.
•Ensure project execution aligns with approved schedules, budgets, and contractual requirements.
•Oversee installation of SWRO systems, including pretreatment, RO units, and post-treatment systems, and support testing and commissioning activities.
•Enforce HSE standards and UAE regulations while coordinating with EPC contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and client representatives.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering (or related discipline).
•Minimum 15-20 years of experience in large industrial or infrastructure projects.
•At least 5 years of experience in a Site Manager or similar leadership role.
•Proven experience in SWRO desalination or large-scale water treatment projects.
•Proficiency in project planning tools such as Primavera P6 and MS Project.
