Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead day-to-day on-site operations for the SWRO desalination project.
  • •Coordinate civil, mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation works on site.
  • •Ensure project execution aligns with approved schedules, budgets, and contractual requirements.
  • •Oversee installation of SWRO systems, including pretreatment, RO units, and post-treatment systems, and support testing and commissioning activities.
  • •Enforce HSE standards and UAE regulations while coordinating with EPC contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and client representatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering (or related discipline).
  • •Minimum 15-20 years of experience in large industrial or infrastructure projects.
  • •At least 5 years of experience in a Site Manager or similar leadership role.
  • •Proven experience in SWRO desalination or large-scale water treatment projects.
  • •Proficiency in project planning tools such as Primavera P6 and MS Project.
