Job Function: Customer Success & Account Management

Key Responsibilities

•Maintain and manage an assigned portfolio of corporate clients to retain and grow banking relationships in line with growth targets; support the Relationship Manager day-to-day.
•Identify, solicit and acquire new corporate clients in line with institutional strategies for assets, liabilities, trade and treasury sales.
•Structure appropriate credit lines in conformity with underwriting standards and risk-adjusted targets after thorough analysis for detailed credit proposals.
•Make regular visits to clients for monitoring and business generation purposes.
•Cross-sell other products and services to commercial clients to ensure multi-product relationships and greater share of wallet.

Key Requirements

•Degree in Economics or Finance or Business Management / CFA / CA
•3–5 years of experience in Corporate / Institutional Banking in the UAE
