Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in tracking hardware assets from procurement to disposal and update asset records in CMDB/HAM tools.
  • •Maintain accurate inventory for laptops, desktops, servers, peripherals, and network devices.
  • •Perform regular physical and logical asset audits; reconcile discrepancies and maintain audit logs.
  • •Ensure accurate asset data entry (serial number, user, location, status, warranty) and monitor data quality.
  • •Support onboarding/offboarding, procurement tracking and vendor coordination, and asset-related user requests/incident resolution.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
