Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide operational, systems, and technical senior executive-level subject matter expertise and analysis for development, proposal, coordination, and implementation of cyberspace strategies and policies.
  • •Support strategy and policy, program management, and requirements analysis for cyberspace, including providing operational concepts and capabilities for joint or multi-national operations.
  • •Assist the Cyberspace Electromagnetic Activities (CEMA) Capability Development (CAPDEV) Branch to integrate cyberspace capabilities across DOTMLPF-P from testing and evaluation through fielding.
  • •Coordinate and interface with staff elements and stakeholders across Army and Joint communities on cyberspace matters.
  • •Participate in working/focus group meetings and progress reviews (e.g., IPT, TTX, ROC Drills).

Key Requirements

  • •Active Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems Management, Networking, Telecommunications Management, or a related technical field.
  • •3+ years of experience with requirements, capability development documentation, and approval processes.
  • •Documented knowledge of Army and Joint requirements processes (e.g., JCIDS) and joint/service cyberspace operations organizations.
  • •Possess at least one of the listed cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CEH, GPEN, OCSP, CISSP, CISM, or DCWF role certifications).
